As Trevor mentioned, for stand alone installation, you will have to install all three components otherwise you cannot use SolidCP.

You can also run SolidCP installer again to update your portal URL. During configuration, make sure you specify on HTTPS URL.

It seems that there is configuration issue with DNS provider settings. Make sure that you have selected appropriate DNS provider while configuring DNS settings in SolidCP configuration.
