It is the connector causing the issue: Uninstalled MySQL same issue Uninstalled connector issue stopped Reinstalled MySQL no issue Installed connector 6.5.4 aok

Michel, I couldnt even get to the MySQL config.  As soon as i installed the connector it prevented me from accessing anything through the portal.  Quite literally logged in and then the above error...

Managed to resolve this issue by changing the 'OneTimePasswordState' in the dbo.Users table from 2 to 0. I assume that this is an account lockout.
