i using 1.4.2 on windows 2019 and mailenable as mail server.
when a user created by WHMCS , first mail account created automatically perfect . but after it , user can not add any more new mail account himself and in audit log i get below error , but in the same situation , reseller can add more mail account for same user.
I upgarde 1.4.2 to 1.4.3 using powersell automatically.
now there happened a new issue , a below screenshot , create new user give oute error from whmcs , but suspend and delete and … is ok .
good news is that the problem of creating mail by end user is ok now
how can i solve whmcs crating new user above error?
I did not upgrade DB manual yet . i want to show error again before updating to help improve solidcp if there is a bug .
do you advise to upgrade db now?
Creating web site is ok , end user can add and delete website himself
Ok that’s interesting that its still an issue on a new user.
Can they create websites with no problems?
Did you try the DB manual upgrade?
i created it just now in solidcp directly ( not using whmcs ) and login as end user and try to add mail account , all information form for new mail entered correctly and then click on create , no things happend and no new account show to user , but in the audit log i gave above error .
Hi The screenshot is fine with the complete error.
Can you tell me if this is on a brand new user account you have just created in SolidCP to test?

Can you please use the Contact button above to provide the full error. We will then add this to the forum post for you.
i tried to copy and paste full error message in audit log , but forum of solidcp does not accept it , it seems has a limitation on number of character of each post.
how can i send you the full error?
I have tried to recreate this bug but i am unable to by logging in as a end user and creating an mail account.
From the part of the error i can see it says “You are not allowed to access this package”
Can you please try create a new User in SolidCP and create the mail account as the end user? If you can also please copy and paste the full error including the parts which will say at SolidCP.
As this is a SQL error you could also try manually apply the SolidCP 1.4.2 database update as per the instructions https://solidcp.com/kb/update/manual-update/ under the heading “Updating the Enterprise Database”.
