i using 1.4.2 on windows 2019 and mailenable as mail server.
when a user created by WHMCS , first mail account created automatically perfect . but after it , user can not add any more new mail account himself and in audit log i get below error , but in the same situation , reseller can add more mail account for same user.
Ok that’s interesting that its still an issue on a new user.
Can they create websites with no problems?
Did you try the DB manual upgrade?
I did not upgrade DB manual yet . i want to show error again before updating to help improve solidcp if there is a bug .
do you advise to upgrade db now?
Creating web site is ok , end user can add and delete website himself
I upgarde 1.4.2 to 1.4.3 using powersell automatically.
now there happened a new issue , a below screenshot , create new user give oute error from whmcs , but suspend and delete and … is ok .
good news is that the problem of creating mail by end user is ok now
how can i solve whmcs crating new user above error?
You can find the error codes at https://solidcp.com/uncategorized/solidcp-error-codes/ .
You appears to have ERROR_FTP_RESOURCE_QUOTA_LIMIT = -802;
I would check the hosting plan for FTP and ensure accounts can be created.
I’ve now encountered the exact same problem with a user on SolidCP with MailEnable. As an admin I can add/change users no problem, but with their user account they’re getting “You are not allowed to access this package”: It’s the exact same error message as Trevor posted with a screenshot earlier
I’m already using 1.4.4 so an upgrade isn’t going to fix it.
This seems to be the same issue here – https://solidcp.com/forum/question/mailbox-issue/
Fix is apparently in 1.4.5beta, so I’ll search how to obtain that.
Disabling “Disable Mailbox Size Edit” fixed the problem for now, so I’ll wait for an official update.
