also on my other identical server am running 1.4.8 jsut fine !

 

but now the problem seems with 1.4.9

 

Installed SQL fully normally

Allowed mixed mode

Installed IIS and etc through the command line in PowerShell flawlessly

Installed webdeploy

 

Did everything smoothly AMOF

 

But when I started installing SCP this happened

 

I never saw this error in 5 years

 

Whats going on ?!?!
