                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[We are trying to run the auto upgrade script for the first time and are getting the error below.  We are not connected to a domain.  We ran the test and everything passed.  However i have a feeling that the test doesnt check for permissions.  This seems similar to the when solidcp permissions are not set on the c:users folders for a backup.  We gave everyone full permissions to the folder in question and it still fails.

Starting the "SolidCP Enterprise Server" upgrade
Stopping the "WebsitePanel Enterprise Server" website
Restarting IIS on this server for a clean upgrade
Stopping the "WebsitePanel Enterprise Server" Scheduler service
Creating a backup of the "Enterprise Server" files
Creating a backup of the "Enterprise Server" Database
