Hello,

The error code is: ERROR_MAIL_ACCOUNTS_PACKAGE_ITEM_EXISTS = -703;

Can you confirm nobody else is using the same domain you are trying to setup?

Kind Regards,

Trevor Robinson

Yes, because this domain is invalid and I use that just for test... I try with other domains too

Plese edit a product in the WHMCS admin area -> Setup -> Products/Services -> Product/Services and go to the Module Settings tab. In this menu, please try to uncheck "Create mail account" and save it. If you can now successfully provision the hosting space from WHMCS in SolidCP, then there is something wrong with your e-mail server settings in SolidCP (maybe the e-mail address you are trying to create automatically already exists somewhere else?). If everything is ok, please revert the "Create mail account" setting and check the audit log in SolidCP and the event log in the portal and the mail server, if you can find any further information, about what's wrong.

Best regards

Bogdan
