I have a problem creating an organization in "Hosted Organizations". The org does not exist yet and the parameters are unique. Upon creation following error is returned:
Server was unable to process request. ---> Error executing 'CREATE_ORG' task on 'domain.com' ORGANIZATION ---> Error executing 'CREATE_ORG' task on 'OU=****,OU=***,DC=***,DC=***,DC=*' ORGANIZATION ---> Server was unable to process request. ---> Execution result is empty Parameter name: result

I first expected a problem with OAB or Powershell URL, but could verify that it is working fine and all recommendations according to both Microsoft sources and previous SolidCP posts are met.
I can tell that the operations fails at creating virtual dirs.

Could you please help me? I am stuck troubleshooting.
