“Admin” is the first user to be created, it is automatic, and it has his own hosting space. I create a domain (the first one and company site) inside this hosting space. Although I have had add FTP to the server service, I cannot see on this domain.

I have 2 more users to input data on this domain, each user has its own folder inside wwwroot path. How to create a FTP account for this users?

Hello,

FTP Account creation is an option you can select to create an ftp account equal to the username or enter one manually.

This user will always be at the of the hosting space (and will see any domains below).

You can create additional FTP Users and select their folder for example mydomain.comwwwrootcustomer

Do make sure that the directory exists before you assign the user to it. (you can create the dirs with the primary account in your case called "Admin" )

Regards,

Marco

Hi,

I'm lost here. Could you give me step-by-step to do that?

well the steps are pretty much outligned but :

  1. Create FTP Account and website with the space creation (this resulted into your Admin account)
  2. Create the additional directories inside the wwwroot as you prefer (you can do this by file manager or simply login with the ftp account created in step 1 and make the directories).
  3. Go to the hosting space in solidcp --> click on FTP Accounts
  4. Create the ftp account(s) you want additional, and select the directory you wish it to be located in
