I would like to know if the new FuseCP panel will be created in dotnet core and if it has a release date?

FuseCP is rolled out into stages.
You will slowly see the features roll out (such as upcoming release in 1.4.7 fully supporting remote mysql, mssql, mariadb on both windows and linux).
Due to Covid-19 situation (and now also holidays in addition) the fusecp project taken a bit of a delay, which is why there's another SolidCP release instead of the originally scheduled FuseCP first version release next week.
