I am wondering if I can use just Hosted Organization without any of the other modules like Exchange, my scenario is like so:
I host applications via VMware Horizon (not supported) and would like companies to be able to manage their users and groups such as create new users, disable users, and add users to groups.
Does SolidCP offer password reset?
Currently I use MIM only for AD password reset so it's over kill when I'm not using it for any other integration such as SQL etc etc.

Yes this is no problem.
Hosted Organizations is a stand-alone module aswell.
Password reset is supported but only on request (through SolidCP) in co-junction with the Cloud Portal at this time.
I am however not 100% sure if the reset function works without exchange i will have to test that out.
