To change Role from the account details. i faced with this problem : "User account has child user accounts"
so I decided to completely delete account and rebuild it , as user role ,but this problem appeared again with No tips

Hello,
the error indicates there's still some spaces under the reseller.
Due to that it can't be converted into a normal user.
All spaces / existing users / nested spaces should be removed before you can convert it to a normal user.
