- hyper-v server is connected successfully in scp portal, however vps/hyper-v connection is failing.
I have checked that SCPServer user is given Administrator rights and SCP Server site is also created successfully.

Hello,
Please check the Windows eventlog under Applications -> SolidCP on the HyperV server for a more detailed error.
