I saw there is ‘re-install’ action on hyper-v, but why I don’t see any option to reinstall from the panel? (only shutdown, turn of/off, restart, reboot)
I updated solidcp to 1.4.6.

Hello,
You can reinstall a VPS from the HyperV overview page on the account using the green arrow button.

I try to reinstall but getting error form the hostname. How to fix it?

Hello,
The hostname should be a valid FQDN as this is assigned to the server in Windows not the IP address. Normally this would be something like:
Server1.domain.com
