IP Access Prohibited

Hi there Guys

I forgot the password for the main serveradmin account.

I then used SolidCP Installer to reset the password, which confirmed the password was reset successfully.

Now when I try and login I get the error below:

IP Access Prohibited
Access Prohibited for Your IP Address

Does anyone know how to get pass this.

Hello,

 

You can edit the AccessIpsSettings from the [dbo].[SystemSettings] table inside the SolidCP database. For it to be not used it should be blank (not NULL)

Sorry I can't find AccessIpsSettings. How to find it?

Hey doanhtien,

You can find these settings in Configuration -> System Settings -> PORTAL IP ADDRESS RESTRICTION SETTINGS.
