every tenant can see the free/busy time and status for all accounts (across all tenants) hosted in the same SfB pool when he put the full SIP address in the search field of his Skype/Lync clients and via Outlook integration.

it is not possible to federate with someone else, for example directly with microsoft, when you haven't a unique certificate for each sip domain.
