I got this error message in the audit log:
Could not load type 'RestSharp.HttpBasicAuthenticator' from assembly 'RestSharp, Version=105.2.3.0
I'm om the latest version of everything.
I tried replacing the restsharp.dll file with the on supplied in the tools download directory (105.0.1), but then the audit log states: Upgrade Required
at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.SendResetUserPasswordLinkSms(Int32 itemId, Int32 accountId, String reason, String phoneTo)

Hello,
Can you check for:
C:SolidCPEnterprise ServerbinRestSharp.dll
It should match the version in the error. If your having problems please try download it using http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/Stable/SolidCP-EnterpriseServer.zip
