I have one server with SolidCP, Smartermail, SQL Server 2014, due to this covid situation i am planning to buy an another server but i want the same arrangement of SolidCP, Smartermail 14, SQL Server 2014 to be transferred without any downtime or customer facing any problem, is it possible

Hello,
It is possible but SolidCP is not able to migrate the data between the servers and this will need to be completed by yourself ensuring that no or little downtime is occurred.
Once you have completed the transfer we would suggest pointing the existing SolidCP Server to the new server.
