Hi – I have installed MySQL 8 on a server. Under Configuration -> Servers I’ve added the ‘MySQL 8’. Everything looks good, i’ve given it the root login e.t.c.
However, when I go to create a Hosting plan, underneath MySQL 8 there’s nothing to pick from. Whereas on an older server with MySQL 5, you can choose how many databases are permitted under the plan, how many users, max db size and so on.
As such, it looks like the MySQL 8 integration isn’t working correctly for me. Any ideas?
Ran into the same issue myself. Was able to add and configure the MySQL 8 server. However when you go to add the server to the hosting plan the options do not display like the MySQL or MS SQL server does. Just figured it was me trying to install Server 2019 Datacenter and MySQL 8.
I am about to spin up a SRV-2016 LAB and see if the issue is SRV-2019.
