i am using solidcp with windows 2019 . when users and admin try to backup mysql database , below error shown :
i check mysql setting and root password , every thing is ok.
below is my mysql setting :
how can i solve this problem?
I found what made issue .
you gave me the wrong path for mysql server.
you said i set it as “C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin”
but the correct path is “C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7”
I did every thing you said me and sent you the results .
i am so sorry solidcp does not do very essential action like backing up mysql from panel and phpmyadmin
Its difficult for us to be able to debug this issue as we cannot recreate it and nobody else appears to have this issue.
It might be easier if we are able to connect to your environment using our premium support. You can find the support plans at https://solidcp.com/services/server-support/ and using the contact form above to create a premium support ticket.
yes it has
the path is “C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin” in server setting
and there is mysqldump.exe
i use this .exe in cmd successfully , but from solid cp portal , it does not work returning same error i sent before
Can you confirm the path we have set before does contain the mysqldump.exe file?
If not you will need to locate this and set that to the MySQL path.
i upgrade all servers to 1.4.4 successfully .
then replace downloaded .dll s from http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/1.4.4/SQLProvider-Fix.zip to C:\SolidCP\Server\bin
but again when try to backup mysql below error is in event viewer :
[9/10/2019 9:21:02 PM] ERROR: ‘MySQL Server 5.7’ BackupDatabase

what must i do?
that dll you used is for the 1.4.4 version. I would maybe reccomend upgrading to 1.4.4, what version is your enterprise server, and portal server ?
i am using ver 1.4.3
i did not found folder you said : “C:\SolidCP\Server asp.net v4.5\bin”
i could only find this folder : “C:\SolidCP\Server\bin” then i replaced it but now i get below error in event viewer just when click on DB name i want to backup :

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].
