Please inform/update info. to reflect that the CORRECT path should be C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7 for this to work properly, NOT BIN folder. I can confirm this.

Hello Trever yes it has the path is "C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.7bin" in server setting and there is mysqldump.exe i use this .exe in cmd successfully , but from solid cp portal , it does not work returning same error i sent before Best Regards

Hello, Can you confirm the path we have set before does contain the mysqldump.exe file? If not you will need to locate this and set that to the MySQL path. Regards, Trevor

Hello i upgrade all servers to 1.4.4 successfully . then replace downloaded .dll s from http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/1.4.4/SQLProvider-Fix.zip to C:SolidCPServerbin but again when try to backup mysql below error is in event viewer : ERROR: 'MySQL Server 5.7' BackupDatabase System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start() at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at SolidCP.Providers.Utils.DefaultCommandLineProvider.Execute(String filePath, String args, String outputFile) at SolidCP.Providers.Database.MySqlServer.BackupDatabase(String databaseName, String backupName) at SolidCP.Providers.Database.MySqlServer.BackupDatabase(String databaseName, String backupName, Boolean zipBackup) at SolidCP.Server.DatabaseServer.BackupDatabase(String databaseName, String backupName, Boolean zipBackup) what must i do?

that dll you used is for the 1.4.4 version. I would maybe reccomend upgrading to 1.4.4, what version is your enterprise server, and portal server ?
