when creating a new organization, the “root” public-folder of that organization does show up in the other customers outlook. They do not have access, but they can see it. When outlook refreshes (restart) the folder is gone.

How can I prevent that folder from showing up in other customers outlook. I changed the source code so that the organization root public folder gets created in the “\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\Staging\{newfolder-name} , then it inherites client-folder-permissions from “Staging”.

After that I move the folder path to “\{newfolder-name}”, but it still appears in all other customers outlook (sometimes) [ that may take while ]


We are currently using WebsitePanel

I should say that several Exchange-Servers are in the environment. Could it be some kind of replication thingy ? Or should I take a totally different approach ?
