There's several things SolidCP will try to make based up on Org ID:

OU, Security group. Exch enabled: Public folder, oab, address list, room list, gal, abp.

If any of the names overlap it generally will always error out. A good valid test is always to check if it works with a clean (new) domain / space before trying to clean up previous tests.

Regards,

Marco

EDIT: I figured it out; creating a Hosted Organization also tries to create a Security Group; I had an existing security group with the same name in AD that I had to rename first. ...Why is it that I can work on a problem for hours and I figure it out within minutes of asking for help on the internet? LOL!

--------------------

Were you able to solve this? I've installed SolidCP 1.4.7 and trying to create a Hosted Organization and getting the same error. I've already added the domain within SolidCP and verified it shows up within the "Domains" table in the database. I checked the SolidCP database but couldn't find the "Organizations" table mentioned in a previous comment above.

Before installing SolidCP, I already had an OU for this organization name and a UPN suffix created within Active Directory Domains and Trusts. After getting an error, I moved that OU somewhere else in AD and removed the UPN suffix, thinking maybe it was conflicting, but SolidCP is still giving the same error.

Thanks!

Error creating organization. See audit log for more details.
