We have a lot of users getting issues with accounts getting Locked out.
Can you confirm:
+ How many attempts it takes before an account is locked out?
+ Do the account unlock themselves automatically? If so, how long does this take?
+ Is there a way for us to disable this feature?
With accounts do you mean SolidCP accounts or Active Directory (or other accounts such as FTP etc? )
If you mean active directory accounts – this is based up on lockout settings in the Policies pages (serveradmin home –> bottom right)
I think for SolidCP Portal users there’s no such option at the moment.
Please do note if you get locked out on alot of users you most likely want to check out whats causing it, as it sounds like a brute force attack.
