Standalone SSL Installation for Enterprise Server and Server Components

Hi there,

I trust you are well.

Is it possible to perform a standalone installation using SSL for all SolidCP components?
I understand that the Web Portal can be configured to use SSL, but I would also like the backend components to communicate over SSL, specifically:

Enterprise Server: https://hostname:9003
Server Component: https://hostname:9002

However, when I configure these services to use SSL, I receive the error shown below.

Has anyone successfully implemented this configuration, or can you provide any guidance on the correct setup requirements?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Good day,

Is there any sort of configuration we need to do to enable 2 factor authentication?

Currently when my users tick the "Enable MFA" box no email gets sent to them and the scan the QR code button does not appear.

SolidCP to FuseCP

Hi,

I understand there is movement going to happen from SolidCP to FuseCP.

My question is, do we stop developing the SolidCP environment and wait for FuseCP or will there be a migration path?

We are at the point we want to move away from Plesk but dont want to continue using SolidCP if there is no point.

We have for a long time solidcp running, enabled sending of pin by email as an aditional security.... but now the system doesn't send the pin anymore.

Is there a way to disable sending this PIN by editing directly the database? We need to access administration and can't

I came across this software which look like an amazing product to replace my Plesk server however I've encountered a few issues along my limited journey to install this application and when i finally get it working i start looking a hosting, plans, etc. When looking for WordPress, php, etc. I didn't any see applications preinstalled, etc. nothing found.

Then i found out it needs web platform which has been discontinued. I followed the instruction and added the feed to no avail so is this product fit for purpose still as a website hosting platform? and if so what are the alternative and work arounds if any to get WordPress installed. thank you in advance

Creating a Mail Group fails with SmarterMail100 provider

Hi,

When trying to create a Mail Group in the SolidCP Portal (Hosting Spaces > Mail > Groups > Create Mail Group), the operation fails with:
Accessed JArray values with invalid key value: "name". Int32 array index expected.

The error occurs in the GroupExists() method in SmarterMail100.cs, which is called to check if a group already exists before creating it.

Possible root cause:
Looking at the code, GroupExists() appears to use dynamic property access on the JSON response from the SmarterMail API:
if (gridinfo.name == groupNameUser)

Since the SmarterMail API returns a JArray for gridInfo, this may not work correctly with Newtonsoft.Json 13.0.x, which doesn't support dynamic member access on JArray objects.

Possible fix — replace with explicit indexer access:
if (gridinfo.ToString() == groupNameUser)

I noticed that MailAliasExists() in the same file already uses this pattern (aliases.ToString()), which works correctly.

Environment:

SolidCP v1.5.1
SmarterMail Build 9540+
Newtonsoft.Json 13.0.x

I wasn't able to compile and test the fix due to build dependency issues. Has anyone encountered this problem or can confirm?

Hi all, i am trying to import users using the Enterprise import tool, i followed the doc:https://solidcp.com/kb/configuration/enterprise-import-tool/

However everytime i try to login it says: Cannot connect to the Enterprise Server.

DAG issue

Hello,
During to create mailbox, Solid tries to create mailbox on DAG name ( DBSDAG), not on database (DB01)
if I change Database Availability Group name as Database in Services Settings , it works.
is there any solutions for this
