Found an issue with the Exchange module in distribution list membership. It appears that if a distribution list maintains more then 1000 members new members added will not be displayed.
The Get-DistributionGroupMember cmdlet is only returning a resultsize of 1000 by default. Adding an additional parameter of '-ResultSize unlimited' should resolve the issue.
