As ServerAdmin, I can add toplevel domains, but the buttons are disabled for admin. Why? Where can I provide permission so the customer (in this case the default admin account) can add their own toplevel domain?

Hello,

In your hosting plan you got : Disable Tenant To Create Top-Level Domain:

if you check that your users will not be able to create domains.

Also make sure you got enough quantity's in your hosting plan to create domains, and double check hosting plans for things you enable/disable (it's important no features are enabled that your server doesn't offer for example).

Regards,

Marco

Thanks! It was the disable tenant option. I scanned through too quickly and assumed a positive resource rather than a take away.

It's in your hosting plans section in the "System" area.
