SolidCP 1.4.1 Exchange 2016

under user A@domain.com there is an alias al@domain.com seen on ECP

Under user B@domain.com the same alias al@domain.com is added from SolidCP.

Process will finish without any warning and al@domain.com will show up under user B@domain.com but in reality will be an alias to A@domain.com

Hello,

I have tried this on our Exchange 2016 and when trying to add it to the second user i get "Specified e-mail address is already in use." error.

Would you be able to check on the exchange server in Event Viewer -> Applications and Services -> SolidCP if any error is logged?

Kind Regards,

Trevor Robinson

[2/11/2019 3:12:23 PM] WARNING: Exchange Invoke error: The proxy address "smtp:tax@domain.com" is already being used by the proxy addresses or LegacyExchangeDN of "exxx.com/Hosting/domain/chris00004". Please choose another proxy address.

This is the error logged, but got no visible warning or any other type of notification on the web interface

Are all your contacts/ distrobutions / mailboxes created inside SolidCP?

Or is part made outside? (imported in the past / created in ecp / ad )
