I have configured the information in Portal > AppData > SiteSettings.config to send report but when I try to send a report, never arrived in inbox.

<!-- Mail Settings -->
<AdminEmail>admin@domain .com</AdminEmail>
<SmtpHost>mail.domain.com</SmtpHost>
<SmtpPort>587</SmtpPort>
<SmtpUsername>user@domain .com</SmtpUsername>
<SmtpPassword>password</SmtpPassword>
<FromEmail>from@domain .com</FromEmail>

I have checked the event logs and any message about an issue.

Hello,

Can you verify the following is set:

Portal --> Configuration --> System Settings --> SMTP Server settings

As personally i never seen anyone setting it in sitesettings.config

last but not least:

what report are you trying to send? , is it under serveradmin, reseller, user?

Regards,

Marco

Yes, I have configured SMTP Server settings, I can receive messages when an account is created.

For example, when I deleted the domain folder and go to website properties for this domain, then I see a window "Error reading web site information". I try send a message using this form but never arrive to the inbox of my email address configured.

Its is under user and serveradmin

Hello ram,

Did you solved your issue? I'm facing the same problema, I'm wondering, Is it possible to disable the "Send Report to Host" functionallity from the hosting plan? Im asking this because some of my customers already complainted about to try to send the report error and get no reply from me.
