Hello,
Could somebody explain what would happen if the SeImpersonate Privileges are removed for the IIS_IUSRS group. I have made some tests and did not see an impact.

I don't think there's any real impact for this.
SolidCP mainly uses the group so you can apply system wide hardening with deny rules etc.
Do make sure if you use Website hosting to properly harden your Windows server before putting it into production as by default Windows is not properly secured.
