Dispute: Spam Experts base code ownership

The Spam experts base code used was created by us and we did not give you the right to use or distribute it, The right to use it is lend to the one who paid for the development: Catrika

However, since the paid code is based up on the open-source WebsitePanel files, and modifies WebsitePanel files as originally released it falls under the BSD license unless otherwise specifically specified for each file as per BSD Licensing.

The codes it self do not contain any license, not even the base BSD license which is required for the WebsitePanel files.

Catrika has ordered this paid module with the knowledge and intent it was pushed back into WebsitePanel which never happened.

Any issues in this regard will be referred to Catrika.
