Hello, we had the same problem.
And, if we read the log it says that the account should had the archive option. But no account of our Exchange server had archive.
For information, we use a two node DAG Exchange 2016 with OS windows server 2016.
And the problem appear since the upgrade.
Update on this, on a test server with a new installation of SolidCP 1.4.2 this does appear to be an issue.
I installed a from the installer, removed the database and copied the existing database to the SolidCP database, updated keys and permissions. Once the server key was updated, this appeared to work correctly. Save the enterprise server web.conf appsettings for the crypto keys. And it appears to work on a testing server.
OK i'll try to made a new installation on one of the server.
