The count down is always on our home page to exact hours /minutes.

In this case we did miss the deadline by 2 hours, (it has been officially released at 01:00 tuesday while expected release was 23:00 Monday - CEST)

You can proceed to update, please do read the blog post / manual incase your not using the PS script to update as you should make a small change to the Portal web.config if you haven't done so already.
