I have installed solid CP standalone on windows server 2012, after login I can't see IMAP/POP option to add emails for different domains. Can anybody help me with this, How can I enable Account option that contains IMAP/POP for adding email. Do I have to installed some other service or software, Please tell me the complete procedure step wise. Thank you.
did you install any third party mailer software on the server?
Yes mailenable, on the solid cp control panel, still not showing emails options
If you have added Mailenable in Configuration --> Servers --> servername
And the service is either in a Virtual Server or directly selected in Account menu --> Hosting plans.
It should show you Mail in the hosting plan as such:
You then click the mail checkbox, select the quotas you want, and it will be available in the Hosting space you created with the hosting plan.
Please note that Mail is dependent on the System service, both have to be active in the Hosting plan in order for this to work.
