Now I have wiped all data on the webservers and Portal/Enterprise and add the new files from the SolidCP-xxxx.zip files (not the update.zip) and recover the .config-files.

Now we are one step further 🙂 But not resolved the problem.

If i go to Portal > Configurations > Servers > Webserver > IIS10 i still got a error message.

But now in the IIS server SolidCP-logfile i got these 2 messages:

[12/3/2018 11:46:25 AM] ERROR: 'Internet Information Services 10.0' GetHeliconApeStatus
System.Exception: Can not create 'Internet Information Services 10.0' provider instance with 'SolidCP.Providers.Web.IIs100, SolidCP.Providers.Web.IIs100' type ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

at SolidCP.Providers.HostingServiceProviderWebService.get_Provider()
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at SolidCP.Providers.HostingServiceProviderWebService.get_Provider()
at SolidCP.Server.WebServer.GetHeliconApeStatus(String siteId)

And:

[12/3/2018 11:46:25 AM] ERROR: 'Internet Information Services 10.0' InitFeeds
System.Exception: Can not create 'Internet Information Services 10.0' provider instance with 'SolidCP.Providers.Web.IIs100, SolidCP.Providers.Web.IIs100' type ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

at SolidCP.Server.WebServer.InitFeeds(Int32 UserId, String[] feeds)

And on the Portal server in the Applications-logfile:

at SolidCP.Portal.WebAppGalleryHelpers.GetGalleryApplicationsByServiceId(Int32 serviceId)

So the wrong version number error is gone, but now i think there is anywhere a mismatch with the Helicon APE (last version installed 3.1.0.256) or something with the GalleryApplications?

But i don't know how to debug this furter.

Are you running SolidCP Server asp.net v2.0 or SolidCP Server asp.net v4.0 ?

(For IIS 10 you should be running the asp.net v4.0 version).

Hi Marco, thanks! I'm feeling stupid, but I got the wrong server.zip file, indeed the v2, not the v4.

Now it's up-and-running again! Thanks for the help!
