are there known issues installing it in amazon

Hello,
Not that we are aware of.
Aslong as the OS is Windows (2003 and up) it should be working as normal.
For multi server you might have to fiddle a little with the Firewall if amazon AWS uses one (port 9001, 9002, and 9003 is used by solidCP, generally only 9003 needs to be open for multi servers, 9001 is for default portal port, 9002 is enterprise which can normally be left closed).
