We have found that all IIS websites need to be setup within an application pool that has no managed code in order for .net core to work correctly when running .net core hosting bundle.

@shabsta This is what I did, but you will face an exception in case you open same website from CP

Yup, I know.
The only way around this is to wait until the developers of SolidCP add support for a dedicated application pool that has no managed code support.
