From some time now the Bandwidth isn't showing for any of customers. We checked and find out that the SolidCP scheduler was stopped. After enabling it and running Bandwidth calculation task still bandwidth show zero.
How can we debug this issue?

Usually it should have an error or warning in Audit log or Windows Event log to which is causing issues.
Sometimes it's just a time out to which you can increase max execution time. but some other times it's stuck on a certain server or hosting space which should be found in the audit log.

How can we increase execution time? Do you mean we have to increase SolidCP Portal website's execution time or something else?
We are still facing the issue. The troubling part is that we can't find any error in event log it's as if the task gets completelyed without any error.
Also when we calculate for one Hosting Space still we don't get any update and it remains ZERO
We are open to any suggestions...
You can increase execution time in the portal --> Scheduled tasks --> edit the task and execution time is in the bottom.
The event log you checked out is including the solidCP Auditlog? (go to serveradmin home --> Account menu --> auditlog)
