Hello
We have for a long time solidcp running, enabled sending of pin by email as an aditional security.... but now the system doesn't send the pin anymore.
Is there a way to disable sending this PIN by editing directly the database? We need to access administration and can't
Can anyone help with this?

I suspect system simply can no longer send emails, is it possible a microsoft update can have caused this problem?
Mailenable logs have this record that I suppose is related to this:
03/16/26 00:26:33 SMTP-IN 72A839E36A1F487AA2F17C530D185EAA.MAI 2304 127.0.0.1 HELO HELO *********** 250 Requested mail action okay, completed 130 35

If I can disable the sending of the pin directly at the database this would fix the problem, any ideas?

What a stupid... smtp was off, that's why it didn't send emails...
