Alright,

Can you make sure atleast 1 hosted organization exists in SolidCP ? (it can act weird if there's no hosted organizations yet).

Marco,

uh, well, there is none. However, I cannot add one as it errors out.

In the MSExchange Management Log I can see it tries to run

New-Mailbox -PublicFolder

however, there are two errors in the command as the parameters include -Publicfolder "TRUE" while the switch is used without value plus it tries to use database "DAG1" which is not a database but a database availibility group

Best Regards,

Klaus

So hows your exchange setup?

Did you get a stacktrace with the error? (as it usually tells where it gets stuck).

If it gets stuck at public folders make sure you have a Primary hierarchy available, and a database in provisioning

Thanks Marco,

that was what it caused to fail. In the DAG1, none of the databases were included for provisioning. There are many other databases, but obviously one in DAG1 was where it wanted to create the mailbox (well, I specified DAG1 in config, however, it was not clear for me that I can't select a database myself later on).

After I got a Hosted Organization, the Setup of the Global Exchange Mailbox Plan went through without problems.

Have a nice weekend!
