Hi,
After changing SolidCP to exchange 2016 server I am unable to change the mailbox plan a mailbox is set to.
If I use the dropbox to select another mailbox plan for a mailbox and click save change the task never completes.
On the Exchange Server with SolidCP Server installed. There is a task "Windows Problem Reporting" which consumes a whole CPU core and never finishes. I have to restart the SolidCP Server.
I have tested doing the same action with an exchange 2013 server and it works just fine.
Other tasks like creating mailboxes, viewing mailbox details work with exchange 2016.
I also cannot delete mailboxes.
Can edit mailboxes like add permissions. When trying to remove mailboxes I get the same "Windows Error Reporting" using a whole CPU core.
After messing settings for a few hours somehow it is now working.
Not even sure what I changed to make it work.
I tried to reproduce the problem by reverting my settings back to how it was 4 hours ago. However it still continues to work.
