Contacts shows up in wrong Outlook

Hey there,

I have problems with contacts and different organizational units.

I configure a new Outlook profile. When I first start this profile, I can add all people from different organizations to Mailboxpermissions.

This is not something that should happen.

The second start of this Outlook profile everthing is fine. 

Is there a way to avoid this problem?

I think this could be an permession problem, but i don't get it.

I use SolidCP 1.4.1 and Exchange 2016.

Hello,

I'm afraid it's an issue with how Outlook / Exchange apply the correct settings.

It is not something SolidCP can change/ fix (as it is simply the applying of ABP in Outlook which downloads the correct GAL / OAB / etc to outlook from the Exchange server, SolidCP just uses native segregation techniques of Exchange).

I already suspected that, but my boss said it must be the permissions.

Then I'll see if I can get a solution from Microsoft.

It can be closed here.
