im getting this error when trying to create a new user from whmcs.
I can confirm I can create the user manually in solidcp and also create the exchange hosting. Could you tell me what this means?

Hi,
ErrorCode -1901 means, that something is wrong with your SMTP server configuration in SolidCP.
Can you please check in WHMCS admin in your product -> Module Settings if there is "Tick to send the "Account Summary" letter" or "Tick to send the "Hosting Space Summary" letter" enabled? If yes, please disable it and test again.
If you want to sent one of these letters while creating an account, please set up your SMTP settings and also the settings for these two letters in SolidCP.
