Maybe a stupid question, but could you explain me Instant alias and default pointer, hostname? Is this Default nameserver?

Lets give you an example, I or my customer want to set domain test.com in my system, also they want to make a website for it and of course some mailbox on test.com, so far I realize that they have to make organization themselves first and after that make accepted domain and mailbox, but what about Domian and Website? They have to make it themselves too?
