we create two Name Server ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com on Server under Domain name ..now when we used this Name server in another domain as Name server its shows error that " ns1.pssouc.com is not a valid Nameserver" .

Well, i would first ask: did you setup any DNS service? such as MS DNS ?

(from a quick nslookup it seems to be setup)

It does also show recursive queries, forwarding, and root hints are still enabled ( i would recommend to disable those immidiately as their easily abused to attack other servers).

Second to check is: does the DNS Server hold any zone record for the domain your trying to add? (it should give an authorative answer).

Regards,

Marco

you have no A records for NS1 and NS2 pointing to a specific ip inside your own DNS.
other then that the rest seems fine, please double check the comments i made below for disabling forwarding, recursive queries and root hints.

Their all options in the DNS server options (click on the DNS Server name --> Properties.
Roothints has it's own tab, you need to delete everything in it.
Forwarding has it's own tab, make sure it's empty
Advanced settings --> Check disable recusrive queries.

In filezilla it shows it can't connect to the server.
so this would be the Firewall, and if your behind nat you got the Firewall infront of your server.

In most cases you want to configure passive port ranges, and depending on your server environment configure it for nat.

Since most of your issues appear to be system administrator issues it might be wise to hire someone to look over all your settings (as windows is all but secure by default for webhosting, you need to take quite alot of steps to secure it properly for all the websites it hosts in the future.)
