Domain not created on Exchange

Hi Guys,
I have a weird issue... I have no problem creating or delete email accounts, but I want to add a new domain to an existing client, and it is not creating the domain in exchange, and doesn't show it for me to choose when adding a mailbox.
Any ideas where to look?

Hello,
Check in the Accepted domains section under Exchange in the menu.
You can add the exchange domains there.
