My mail server is not exchange - it is Mailenable 9 - and it is hosted on server 1 - SolidCP is server 2. How to disable mail system in SolidCP?

Hello,

SolidCP offers the services that are added / configured / installed in  configuration --> servers

if there's no mail role added and configured no mail will be possible.

Second aspect is the hosting plan, even though you have it added in the services without an hosting plan allowing mail in the package no mail aspects will be available to the customer.

However since your using mailenable 9 why don't you just add the server 1 to the solidcp portal ? SolidCP supports mailenable (all versions) and can handle multi server setups perfect 🙂

Regards,

Marco

The plan is to put all things together when I learn how Solidcp works. So far I got few errors and I do not find answers yet. I used to work with Plesk (now it is Odin) in my last job, and it was very easy. I´m completely new here.

Thanks for your answer.

I understand.
For plesk everything is pre-configured and setup for you as a base, for SolidCP it leaves alot to the system administrator to setup/ configure.

We do have some powershell script that helps you install / deploy servers and software for you, though i am guessing your past that step already.

So what errors do you currently have?
