alright, how about mailbox archiving?

Archiving Mailboxes per Organization and Archiving storage per Organization, MB is 0 in the space settings

Also archiving is didabled in the new mailbox plan settings

hmm, not really.

From the error it's something environmental (looks like a duplicate/ multiple results issue)

but it isn't clear exactly whats duplicate / has multiple results.

I assume it's somewhere in event logs with a warning or similar on the AD DC or Exchange Server logs but thats about all i can say at this moment without further errors / event logs / or looking at it my self.

I think I found someting. the cmdlet New-MailboxSearch is giving the error. Although there is only one user with the same email it says there are multiple results.

I've tried with multiple users and it only gives this error on users which are in a specific mailbox database.

Now I'm moving these users to another database and let you know.
