Hi all,

Firstly apologies for the many questions - I do a lot of testing and searching before I post a question!

I recently migrated a server across to a new VM and now have everything working (including Let's Encrypt - thanks!). However my problem occurred when trying to recreate a mail account in Mail Enable. The mail server has the config and postoffice folders copied across which worked a treat and is sending/recieving mail fine but SolidCP doesn't know the accounts exist.

As a result I'm getting the following error:
Specified mail account already exists on the target service

How do I import the mail accounts into SolidCP that currently exist in Mail Enable?

Many thanks in advance,
Adam

Hello,

No worries about the questions, it's what we are here for 🙂

You can import the existing mail accounts (make sure you have the domain inside the panel before importing the email domain though!)

go to the SolidCP User --> Space statistics --> Bottom right "Import Resources"

You should then see a mail section and able to select the existing email domains which imports all accounts under it.

Regards,

Marco
