Hello,

The operation has timed out, is pretty much a literal error.

In most cases it's caused by too little server resources to which Exchange/  AD is simply too slow to create things in time (by default i think the timeout is about 16 to 30 seconds).

One way would be to increase timeout, but really i normally prefer to add more server resources and make sure everything is running healthy and fast.

Regards,

Marco

Thank you, Marco,

For Your Response

Can you Give me A way to increase the timeout? to make sure its a resource issue

because of AD resources 4 vCPU and 16 GB RAM

& Exchange Resource 8 vCPU & 24 GB RAM

and the think go normal on the servers no high resource utilization

Increase timeout is set in the web.configs (most values besides the mssql connection one should be present, you can just increase them if i remember correctly).

Virtual machine resources would also highly depend on type of hypervisor (in kvm it's for example more easy to make the whole node slow with 1 vm, vmware or hyper-v it's not, hdd i/o's and so on is also important).

Additionally you can also check the logs of Exchange shell and SolidCP in eventviewer on the SolidCP Server(s) them selfs to see exactly what it's trying to do and where it goes wrong.
